Redbrick is proud to have a strong co-op program that hires over 15 students a year across all of our companies. Our students bring so much value to our teams as they apply their education and become a meaningful part of our companies.
Since the launch of our co-op program, we have hired more than 85 students and over 40% return to work for us as full-time employees.
We have built strong relationships with universities and colleges across Canada, we are thrilled to begin expanding our program in the US.
We provide students with a challenge to stretch their skills while offering a high level of support that ensures they can be successful.

Most schools require students to work a 4-month term but we try to hire co-ops for 8 months so they have more time to learn the product and the overall business. This provides more value to both the company and our students.
