HOW IT WORKS

Refer a great person in four steps

The whole flow lives inside Pinpoint — our recruitment platform.

Set up once, share your link any time a role feels like a fit for someone you know.

1. Create your Pinpoint referral account


Sign up on Pinpoint to get your personalized referral link. You only need to do this once.


Already have Pinpoint? Click your profile icon (top right) → “Employee Dashboard” to find your link.


2. Share your personalized link

When a role looks right for someone you know, send them your referral link. Any applications that come through it automatically connect back to you.


Important: ask your referral to include your name when prompted during the application — this is required for the referral to be approved.


3. People & Culture reviews the application

Every candidate goes through the same review process, so we bring in the best person for the job. Referrals don’t guarantee an interview — but they do put a great candidate in front of us faster.


4. If they’re hired — you get $2,000

Once your referral successfully completes their 3-month probationary period, we’ll pay out your bonus in the next scheduled pay period. Before applicable taxes.


Heads up: we’ll reach out if your referral is hired; we can’t provide individual updates otherwise.
