Everything you need to bring a co-op onto your team at Redbrick — from term timing to using Pinpoint, our Applicant Tracking System.
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Co-ops are full-time students joining your team for a semester — long enough to make a real impact and build meaningful connections along the way. We hire co-ops for every term (see above). Pick the one that lines up with your team’s roadmap — recruitment kicks off a few months before each start date.
Rule of thumb: requisitions are due roughly four months before the term starts. The People & Culture team will share the exact cutoff for each cycle — share early, ask questions often.
4 or 8 months terms
Pick the length that fits your project. Four months is great for focused work; eight months gives co-ops time to own something end-to-end.
Meaningful impact
The best co-op roles have clear ownership, a defined problem to solve, and space for the co-op to grow into the work.
Long-term pipeline
Today’s co-op is tomorrow’s full-time teammate. A strong experience sets us up for great hires down the road.
