EMPLOYEE ACCESS & INFO
What if I forget my ADP password?
On the ADP login page, there is a "Forgot your password?" link. Click on it and follow the prompts to reset your password.
How can I view my pay stubs?
After logging into your ADP account, navigate to "Myself" > "Pay" > "Pay & Taxes" section. From there, you should be able to view and download your pay stubs.
How do I update my personal information (e.g., address, phone number)?

If you notice an error on your pay stub, please contact payroll@rdbrck.com immediately with details of the discrepancy.

ADP TIME OFF BALANCES
How do I access my Time Off?
You can access your ADP account through the ADP employee portal under Myself and Time off.
How can I see the balance of my Time Off?
Under the Time off module, you can change the date on the left-hand side to extend out to any given date. The balances will change and show any time off already requested.
I am getting an error while trying to book time off.
Time Off will be closed for three days while payroll is being processed. This short pause helps our payroll team make sure everything for the current pay period is accurate and ready to go.
You can still request or update time off for future dates; this only affects the current pay cycle. Check the payroll schedule to see the cutoff dates.

ADP CHANGES TO DIRECT DEPOSIT
How do I set up or change my direct deposit information?
You can set up or change your direct deposit information by logging into your ADP account and going to "Myself" > "Pay" > "Payment Options", where you can add or edit your bank account details. You’ll also need to upload a void cheque or bank letter to your Documents folder so the payroll team can validate your account.
If you want to split your pay between two bank accounts, go to the same Payment Options section, click Add Account to enter the second account, upload a void cheque or bank letter for any new account, and make sure the percentages for both accounts add up to 100%.
How long does it take for direct deposit changes to take effect?
Changes will be updated for the next available payroll cycle. You can reach out to your payroll partner at payroll@rdbrck.com for confirmation. Please do not close any previous accounts until you see your pay deposited into your new account.
