The CoPilot Mentorship Program creates space for team members to support one another’s growth through guidance, shared experience, and meaningful conversations.
The program runs from March 2nd to June 2nd, 2026 (about 6–10 hours total), but it’s flexible based on your workload.
We’ve put together helpful resources to support you throughout the journey—check them out below!
How it works
How to set up Lattice?
All participants will use Lattice to schedule the 1:1s. If you like, you can track your progress by creating a Growth area and accessing pre-built meeting templates. Below is a video in case you need a refresher.
Who is eligible?
Anyone is welcome to join as a mentor or mentee.
Note: New hires can enroll after completing their 3-month probationary period.
Co-ops with a 4-month term aren’t eligible. Co-ops with an 8-month term can participate after completing their probation period.
If you’re a contractor outside Canada or the U.S., we’ll do our best to find a suitable option, but we can’t guarantee a match.
How to Join?
Complete the Registration Form; the deadline to register is January 30th, 2026.
Key Dates
To help set everyone up for a great mentorship experience, here are a few things to keep in mind:
While we do our best to match everyone, pairings depend on availability and compatibility. If we have an uneven number of participants or can't find a strong fit, you may not be paired this round—but your name will stay on the list for future cycles.
You won’t be matched with your direct manager or your manager’s manager, to keep mentorship conversations open and unbiased.
To ensure scheduling is manageable, matches will only be made within a 3-hour time difference. If you’re a contractor outside Canada or the U.S., we’ll do our best to find a suitable option, but we can’t guarantee a match.
If you'd prefer not to be paired with someone for any reason, you can note that in the registration form—confidentially and without explanation.
Once matched, mentees are expected to take the lead by reaching out and scheduling the first meeting, creating the 1:1s and a growth area (optional) on Lattice or ADP. Proactivity makes all the difference!
For administrative clarity and to help manage your workload, participants can only take on one role per cycle—either mentor or mentee.
If you'd like to switch roles in a future round, you're absolutely welcome to join the next cycle in a different capacity!
This guide is for mentees. Inside, you’ll find tips to get the most out of the program, an overview of expectations, and a goal-setting framework to help you define meaningful objective(s).
This guide is for mentors. Inside, you'll find tips to strengthen communication with your mentee, along with key expectations and responsibilities to help support you throughout the program.
Here are some templates to guide your mentorship meetings — including your first, regular check-ins, and final session — to help ensure nothing gets missed!
Here is the mentorship agreement. Please sign the agreement in your first meeting.
Mentorship works best when we stay connected, ask questions, and support one another — so we’ve created two dedicated Slack channels: one for mentors and one for mentees.
Here's how they'll work:
🧠 Ask questions — If something’s unclear, drop it in the channel. Chances are someone else is wondering the same thing.
🤝 Collaborate and share tips — Whether it’s advice, resources, or lessons learned, we’re all here to grow together.
🎉 Celebrate wins — Hit a milestone or had a great session? Let your community know!
🛎️ Get connected — You’ll be added to the appropriate channel after registration and once matchings are confirmed.
📩 Not in the channel yet? If you’ve registered but don’t see yourself in the right channel, message Mariana or Rachel and we’ll make sure you’re added.

Her reliability and the importance she placed on our sessions were remarkable. It was also meaningful to recognize how comfortable I felt sharing personal aspects of my journey with her, which reflects the deep trust I developed in her. She provided guidance, listened attentively, and offered all the resources necessary to support my growth."
