Redbrick offers employees the opportunity to engage with nutrition coaching led by Megan Bush from MB Connections. Megan is a certified clinical exercise physiologist and nutrition coach. This program provides Redbrick employees with access to health and nutrition support to enhance physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
1:1 Coaching sessions are first-come, first-served. Each month, 40 slots open for Redbrick employees during the last week of the previous month. For example, May sessions open at 9 AM on the last Monday of April.
Before your first session, please complete the confidential intake form to help Megan understand your needs.
All sessions are 100% confidential.
