For semi-monthly payrolls, time-off submissions in the current pay cycle may be restricted for up to 5 days after the payroll submission date to ensure accurate processing.

We want to ensure that your request for leave is reviewed promptly, and you feel supported leading up to and during your time away!
To request a leave, please refer to the information below:
1. Please complete the LOA request form at least 6 weeks prior to your leave.
2. The Payroll team will review the request and communicate the leave to the Director of P&C and your portfolio's P&C Business Partner.
3. Your P&C Business Partner will respond to your request via email, with all relevant information needed for your leave.
