The Professional Development Program at Redbrick supports employees’ career growth in two ways:
- Personal Professional Development: Each team member has an annual $1,500 allowance (or up to $3000 (max) if saved over 2 years) to put toward learning opportunities that support their career growth. This is employee-initiated.
- Company Professional Development: In addition, Redbrick may invest in learning opportunities that are company-driven, such as conferences, trade shows, team training, or company-sponsored events. This is company-initiated.
