We think you’re amazing, that’s why we hired you! Great people often know other great people which is why we want to incentivize you to bring talented, qualified people to our attention. If your referral results in a successful full-time hire, you’ll get a $2,000 bonus.

How it works

What do I need to do?

To refer a candidate, please complete the referral form below. Additionally, kindly ask your candidate to include your name when asked during the application process in ADP.

People and Culture will definitely review their profile to see if they’re a fit for the role.

That said, referrals don’t guarantee an interview—every candidate goes through the same review process to make sure we’re bringing in the best people for the job. If your referral is hired, we’ll be in touch to share the good news! Otherwise, we won’t be able to provide individual updates.

Who is eligible?

You are eligible for the employee referral bonus if you're a current, full-time, permanent employee of the Redbrick family of companies.

All recommendations must come from personal contacts or connections and not through a recruitment agency or company-sponsored event (eg. career fairs).

Former employees are not eligible to be referred. Anyone directly involved in the hiring process or decision making for the role are not eligible for a referral bonus.

When will I get my referral bonus?

If your referral results in a successful hire, meaning they successfully complete their 3-month probationary period, you will be receive $2,000 (before applicable taxes) in the next scheduled pay period.
