Your pinpoint starter kit

We've rolled out Pinpoint to replace our old recruitment workflows — it’s sleek, streamlined, and (dare we say) a chef’s kiss. These resources will get you comfortable fast.

The button below will take you through out reference guide which has everything you need to know about getting started.

Pinpoint reference guide

1. Get access to Pinpoint

If you’re planning to hire someone for your team, email the our Recruiter/talent Acquisition Partner to be added as a Pinpoint user (if you aren’t already).

Why: Pinpoint is our new Applicant Tracking System — makes the whole process feel less like herding cats.

2. Review the reference guide

Before submitting your requisition, skim the reference guide and watch the short Pinpoint videos. Saves you from the classic “where do I click?” spiral.

3. Submit your requisition

Open Pinpoint and fill out the requisition form. Include role scope, team, what is required of this new hire (basically what was in the old job posting will now be filled out here).

Not sure where to start? Reach out to any one on the recruitment team to help you shape the role.

4. Join your dedicated Slack group

Once your role is approved and posted, Recruitment will spin up a Slack group with everyone involved — goodbye scattered DMs, hello one source of truth.

5. Sync with Recruitment

A quick “are we solving the right problem?” moment before we dive in. We’ll cover:

  • What your team actually needs
  • Where you’ll need extra support
  • Screening questions that set candidates up for success
  • How the scorecard process works during interviews

6. Interview with scorecards

Run your interview panels, then complete your scorecards in Pinpoint after each candidate. Recruitment will walk you through the scorecard format during the 15-min sync so you know what to expect.

Remember: Scorecards aren’t just paperwork — they reduce bias and make debriefs faster and fairer.
