At Redbrick, we strive to create a space where all companies can come together towards a unified DEI goal. We seek to ingrain the core concepts of DEI in every aspect of our business, from company acquisitions to the recruitment process, all the way to our institutional practices and the employee life cycle. Fostering a psychologically safe environment in which employees, visitors, and partners have the freedom to thrive is a top priority. Here you will find past and current DEI information and can explore our D.R.I.V.E. program materials.
D.R.I.V.E is Redbrick's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) program. This is our DEI network. From Monthly Collective Learnings (MCLs) to a robust D.R.I.V.E committee, we apply the principles of DEI in everything we do. From business to culture, Redbrick is proud of our team's commitment to support and encourage DEI practices every day.
Our D.R.I.V.E program focuses on the following:
Help shape DEI initiatives across Redbrick and its portfolio — in a way that fits your schedule.
The D.R.I.V.E Committee brings together team members from across companies to support Diversity, Reconciliation, Inclusion, Visibility, and Equity initiatives.
Our mission is simple (but powerful): to help build a psychologically safe, inclusive environment where everyone feels they belong and can thrive.
We meet once a month (every last Tuesday) to:
Participation isn’t mandatory every time. If your workload is heavy or something comes up, it’s totally okay to skip; we want involvement to feel meaningful, not stressful.
The vibe of our meetings is always casual, creative, and focused on learning. No pressure, no presentations required, just thoughtful conversations and collaboration.
If that sounds like your jam, we’d love to have you as part of the D.R.I.V.E Committee!
If you’d rather stay connected, follow along, and occasionally jump into conversations, you can join the #drive-network Slack channel.
Whether you want to lead, contribute occasionally, or just listen and learn — there’s a place for you.
